At Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Contact Customer Care
Email our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our returns department; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
